chic sunday dinner

Whether you live in your family home, with friends or your hubby, Sunday night dinner is something that can be enjoyed by everyone. It's the one day of the week that in my personal opinion has been selected as family day. It also is the meal that will prepare you for the week ahead so make sure it's a good one.

How do you make your Sunday night dinner spectacular? Get a few short vases and make an assortment of different flower displays, mix and match your plates (keep with the same colours) and don't forget to accessorize with a few candles!

ryan gosling bathroom

Obsessed with Ryan Gosling? Me too and so is the restaurant Bang Bang in California. They have clipped the best images of today's sex symbol and plastered his good boy looks all over their bathroom walls. Why do I, along with the majority of the ladies out there love him? He always plays the good guy and even when he's dubbed the bad guy, he still manages to be a heart throb.

lonny | sag harbour sanctuary

Ari Heckman has created this tranquille 18th-century estate into the sag harbour sanctuary in the Hampton's with his partner Ethan Feirnstein. The white walls and original wooden beams compliments their vintage eclectic style. They wanted a place they could escape to from Brooklyn and feel totally relaxed ... I think it's safe to say that they are totally satisfied!

decorating with maps

Decorating with maps can add a very personal touch to any room especially if it is a place that holds great meaning to your family. Since they can take up a large area on a wall, try spacing them out amongst a few frames! The maps below have added such a sophisticated look to the rooms!

camel

One day I will go to the desert and ride on a camel! They are such unique looking animals that stand tall and proud amongst the sand. Decorating with camel prints or sculptures really gives a space a subtle middle eastern feel.
